We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it is not the right fit, standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the return is received and approved, the product price will be refunded.

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

For orders shipped to the EU or the US, customers are responsible for checking local customs regulations. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Orders are shipped worldwide from my studio. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

For international shipments to the EU and the US, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Please check local customs regulations before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist in filing a claim or providing documentation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
