All items in this shop are handmade, including ceramics and apparel. I aim to provide accurate product descriptions, careful packaging, and reliable worldwide shipping.
If you have any questions before or after placing an order, please contact me via the website contact form or email. I respond as promptly as possible and am happy to assist with product details, sizing, shipping, or order-related inquiries.
I hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the product price only will be refunded.
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For international orders, customers are responsible for checking local customs regulations. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Your privacy and security are important. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order, arrange shipping, and communicate with you when necessary.
All payments are processed securely through Wix and its certified payment providers. I do not store or have access to your full payment details. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to complete your purchase.

Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide from my studio. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.
In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
For international shipments to the EU and the US, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Please check local customs regulations before placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist in filing a claim or providing documentation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
