We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order. You can either exchange the item or get a full refund.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the return is received and approved, the product price will be refunded.

Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.

For orders shipped to the EU or the US, customers are responsible for checking local customs regulations. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Each product is made to order to eliminate overproduction and to keep our prices fair, therefore allow 1-2 weeks for production. Orders are packed and shipped worldwide from our European workshop. Each item is carefully packed, first in craft paper and then in a watertight emballage to ensure it arrives safely.

Standard Shipping normally takes:

4 – 11 business days for Europe.

2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada.

from 4 weeks for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.

We always encourage to choose the Express Shipping option or choose from Ready to ship products if you're in a hurry. Express shipping takes around 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

For international shipments to the EU and the US, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Please check local customs regulations before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist in filing a claim or providing documentation.

– Can I customize the product? Yes you can! All pieces are made in our own workshop, and adjustments are possible. Contact us before ordering to define the details.

– Are the colors accurate? We aim for accurate color in all images. Variation can occur due to screen settings. For certainty, you can order fabric swatches to see the material and tone in hand. Send me a message if you are interested in ordering swatches.

– Does your linen shrink? No. The fabric is stone-washed and pre-shrunk. This process also softens the surface and improves comfort.

– Is your linen environmentally friendly? We use OEKO-TEX certified linen. The fabric is tested for harmful substances and produced to meet strict environmental and safety standards.

– How is my order packaged? Wrapped in craft-paper and tied with natural linen cord, then it is packed in a water-proof bag and shipped to you.
